About
Our nation’s 63+ million family caregivers are at a breaking point. New data released in Caregiving in the US 2025, a report from the National Alliance for Caregiving and AARP, show that family caregivers are more strapped than ever – providing more complex care for longer than ever. Nearly half experience negative financial impacts, and 1 in 4 feels alone in their caregiving journey. While recognition of America’s family caregivers – and the issues impacting them – has never been greater, and progress has been made, it’s not enough to meet the growing needs of family caregivers across the nation. Now is the time for bold solutions and unified action to make caregiving more sustainable, equitable, and dignified.
About the Summit
The Caregiver Nation Summit is where change happens. This isn’t just another conference. It is a defining moment where America’s most influential voices unite to tackle our nation’s family caregiving crisis head-on. The Summit brings together leading experts, frontline caregivers, and policymakers to turn research into real solutions for our nation’s 63+ million family caregivers.
Drive the Solutions Our Nation Desperately Needs Through high-impact, evidence-based discussions, attendees will explore policies and strategies to transform caregiving from a personal struggle into the care infrastructure we all deserve. Every session is designed to move from insight to action because America’s family caregivers can’t wait.
Transform family caregiving through:
- Revolutionizing Healthcare: Position family caregivers as the essential partners they are, not the invisible workforce they’ve been.
- Building Transformative Support Systems: Create solutions that meet family caregivers in their communities, their workplaces, and their daily realities.
- Advocating for the Future of Caregiving: Mobilize a powerful movement that elevates caregiver voices and drives systemic change at every level.
